Our Quality Control

100% MATERIAL SELECTION

All the original material, especially glass should be 100% selected before going on to production line.

100% MATERIAL CLEANING

Before being introduced to the production line,all the glass shell should be 100% cleaned.

100% PAST AGING TEST

After production, 100% of the light bulbs must pass the aging test, and those that fail will be removed.

100% QC BEFORE PACK

Before packaging, 100% of the light bulbs have to pass the QC . Any bulbs inspection will be rejected.
