1. Can I have a sample for led light ?

Ja, we welcome the sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are accepted.

3. What about the lead time ?

Sample order needs around 7 Tage. The lead time for mass production orders usually takes 15-20 Tage, depending on the order quantity.

5. Do you have MOQ for led light orders ?

For the standard models, the MOQ is 50- 100 pieces; for the customized models, the MOQ is 500. Everything can be negotiated with customers.

7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes?

We usually ship by international express DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, usw., which will take around 7-9 Tage. We ship the LED lamp by sea or DDP for goods of 20 GP and 40 HQ capacity.

9. What is your payment terms ？

Our payment terms are the T/T(30% as a deposit,70% before the delivery). For a sample order, 100% paid before start production, und die Mustergebühr wird Ihnen zurückerstattet, wenn ein Großauftrag für die Produktion aufgegeben wird.

2. Haben Sie das Zertifikat für die LED-Leuchtmittel? ?

Alle unsere LED-Beleuchtungsprodukte sind CE, RoHS, einige davon sind ERP, TÜV, UL-zertifiziert, und 120-V-Spannungsartikel, die ETL-zertifiziert sind. Einige andere Zertifikate können auf Kundenwunsch erstellt werden, WETTER, usw. Die Kosten für das Zertifikat müssen jedoch die Kunden tragen.

4. Wie verpacken Sie diese Leuchten? ?

Normalerweise, Wir verpacken diese Beleuchtungsprodukte im Werksstandard: In einer braun-weißen Box mit Blister. Für einige große Zwiebeln, Wir verpacken sie mit Schaumstoff und einer braunen Schachtel. Jedes Modell kann ohne zusätzliche Kosten individuell an das Paket angepasst werden. Beide Pakete sind beim Transport ausreichend sicher.

6. So kontrollieren Sie die Qualität Ihrer Beleuchtungsprodukte ?

Erste, all the material was selected before coming to the production line.

Secondly, all the LED light bulbs were aggangeed test for aging time 8-10 hours before packaging.

Dritte, all the products were 100% QC before delivery.
