1. Can I have a sample for led light ?

Yes, we welcome the sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are accepted.

3. What about the lead time ?

Sample order needs around 7 أيام. The lead time for mass production orders usually takes 15-20 أيام, depending on the order quantity.

5. Do you have MOQ for led light orders ?

For the standard models, the MOQ is 50- 100 pieces; for the customized models, the MOQ is 500. Everything can be negotiated with customers.

7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes?

We usually ship by international express DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, إلخ., which will take around 7-9 أيام. We ship the LED lamp by sea or DDP for goods of 20 GP and 40 HQ capacity.

9. What is your payment terms ？

Our payment terms are the T/T(30% as a deposit,70% before the delivery). For a sample order, 100% paid before start production, and a nd sample fee will be refunded to you when a bulk production order is placed.

2. Do you have the certificate for the LED bulbs ?

All our LED lighting products are CE, RoHS, some of them are ERP, TUV, UL certificate, and 120V voltage items, which are ETL certified. Some other certificates can be done as customers request, SAA, إلخ. But the cost of the certificate should be borne by customers.

4. How do you pack these light fixtures ?

Usually, we pack these lighting products in the factory's standard: inner a brown/white box with a blister. For some large bulbs, we pack them with foam and a brown box. Each model can be customized to the package as requested without extra cost. Both packages are safe enough during transportation.

6. How to control your lighting products quality ?

First, all the material was selected before coming to the production line.

Secondly, all the LED light bulbs were aggangeed test for aging time 8-10 hours before packaging.

Third, all the products were 100% QC before delivery.

8. What kinds of customer are you worked with ?

Our customers are the wholesaler (s), importer, exporter, agency, agencies, trader, trading company, factory, designer, decoration company, contractors, lighting stores, resellers, إلخ.
