To protect your rights and interests in purchasing our lighting products, we have formulated the following return and exchange policy:

You may know that the courier company is barbaric and rude, and they usually throw around the packages. There is a risk of being broken, even though we packed the lights well. Because most of the bulbs are the glass. So we would like to suggest you check all the goods after receiving them. Please kindly give us feedback about the goods within 30 أيام. Questions should include, but are not limited t,o the following:

  • Broken bulbs
  • Lost cargo
  • Wrong or missed delivery

If you find the above questions, please email at sales@huiyeetech.com. We will reply to your email within 24 hours of receiving your issue.

Refunds&Exchanges

If you have any questions about the lighting products, please take pictures or videos for us. After confirming with our warehouse department. We will reply to you with the solution accordingly:

  • For the broken light bulbs, we will refund you with the same value as the product.
  • As for the lost cargo, we will pay you the total payment, or send again the same order products if you want.
  • If wrong or missed delivery, please check which models are wrong or missing, then we can arrange the delivery to you again, or make you a credit sheet.

Usually, the shipping cost is higher than the value of the light products. So if a wrong light product is delivered, please just keep it on your side, we will arrange the right one for you as soon as possible.

Special Circumstances

For the customized LED light products, like the new LED solution. So we will arrange the samples for customer confirmation. We will arrange the bulk production after confirming. In this case, we only recompense the broken ones. But, don’t worry about the samples, we will make the samples until the customer is satisfied with them.
